Operations OKR Training
For the people who make OKRs run.
OKR Champions, Chiefs of Staff, Heads of Operations — the people responsible for keeping OKRs alive between cycles. We train you to facilitate, track, coach and sustain the practice across your whole organisation.
Designed for operators
Is this the right training for you?
This is for the people responsible for running the OKR system — not just participating in it. If OKRs stall between cycles, it usually comes down to a gap in this role.
- OKR Champions and internal OKR leads
- Chiefs of Staff and Heads of Operations
- HR, L&D and People teams running OKR programmes
- PMO and Transformation leads responsible for OKR governance
- Anyone responsible for keeping OKRs alive between cycles
The problem this solves
Many organisations complete OKR training but struggle to embed the practice without continued guidance. The missing piece is almost always internal facilitation capability.
This programme gives your internal team the skills to run OKR cycles independently — facilitating sessions, coaching teams and keeping the process honest.
What we cover
Training for the OKR operators
This programme is for the people tasked with owning the OKR system — not just participating in it. It’s practical, facilitation-heavy and built around the real challenges of running OKRs internally.
Running the OKR cycle
How to own the end-to-end OKR process — planning timelines, facilitation guides, review cadences and retrospective structures.
Tracking and reporting OKRs
How to build a tracking system that's honest, lightweight and actually used — including scoring guidance and progress conversation frameworks.
Facilitating OKR workshops
Practical facilitation skills for running OKR kick-offs, check-ins and reviews. Handling conflict, resistance and disengagement in the room.
Building internal OKR capability
How to train teams, create resources and embed the habits that make OKRs self-sustaining — so it doesn't all rely on one person.
Why choose this course
What sets this programme apart
Built for OKR operators
This isn't a general OKR awareness course. It's designed for the people tasked with owning the system and keeping it running between cycles.
Reduces dependency on external support
We help you build the internal capability to facilitate, coach and sustain OKRs yourselves — without needing consultants every cycle.
Heavy on facilitation practice
A significant part of this programme is live facilitation practice — running OKR sessions, handling tricky conversations and building your confidence in the room.
Often combined with implementation
Many clients run this programme alongside our OKR Consulting or Implementation service — building internal capability while we lead the rollout.
FAQs
Common questions
Who is this training for?
This is for the people responsible for running the OKR system — not just participating in it. OKR Champions, Chiefs of Staff, Heads of Operations, L&D leads and anyone who needs to facilitate, track and sustain OKRs across a whole organisation.
Is this the same as team OKR training?
No — team training teaches people how to write and use OKRs. This programme teaches people how to run the system: facilitation, tracking, coaching teams through it, and building internal capability that doesn't rely on external support.
How long is the programme?
Most operations OKR training runs as a full day. We can also break it into shorter sessions across a cycle so participants can practise and return with real questions.
Can this be combined with consulting?
Yes — this is one of the most effective combinations. We lead the initial OKR rollout while simultaneously upskilling your internal team, so you're not dependent on us after the first cycle.
Training your OKR operators?
This session is often combined with OKR Consulting or Implementation to build lasting internal capability. Tell us your situation and we’ll recommend the right approach.
