About The OKR Hub
We help teams turn strategy into action.
The OKR Hub was founded by practitioners who had seen the same pattern too many times: organisations with good strategy, talented people and real ambition — but no shared structure to connect the two. We built the OKR Hub to fix that.

Built by practitioners, for practitioners
We started The OKR Hub because we kept seeing the same problem. Teams had good intent — they wanted to be more focused, more aligned, more deliberate about what they were trying to achieve. But without the right structure, skills or rhythms, the ambition didn’t translate into results.
OKRs, done well, are one of the most powerful ways to close that gap. But “done well” is the critical part. Too many rollouts treat OKRs as a template exercise or a KPI rename. We’ve spent years learning — and teaching — what genuine adoption looks like.
Every consultant and trainer in our team is a practitioner first. We’ve run OKR cycles ourselves, coached leadership teams through the hard conversations, and troubleshot the rollouts that stalled. That experience is what we bring to every client engagement.
“Our mission is to help organisations turn strategy into execution — with clarity, confidence, and outcomes that actually matter.”

Why Us
What makes The OKR Hub different
There are plenty of OKR trainers and consultants out there. Here’s what we believe sets the work we do apart.
Practitioners, not theorists
Every consultant in our team has run OKR cycles themselves, coached real leadership teams through the hard conversations, and troubleshot rollouts that stalled. We don't teach from a textbook.
We stay until it sticks
We're not interested in delivering a workshop and walking away. Our engagements are designed to build genuine capability inside your organisation — so you're not dependent on us forever.
Honest about what works
OKRs aren't right for every organisation, every team or every moment. We'll tell you if we think you're not ready — and we'll tell you why. Our reputation depends on giving you the right advice, not the most convenient one.
Training and consulting, together
Training without implementation support rarely sticks. Consulting without capability-building leaves teams dependent. We combine both — deliberately — because that's what actually produces lasting change.
The Team
Meet our associates
A close-knit group of OKR practitioners, coaches and facilitators — each bringing different industry experience, but united by the same commitment to making goal-setting work in the real world.
Mike has spent over a decade helping organisations close the gap between strategy and execution. He brings a practitioner's eye to every engagement — focused on what actually moves teams forward, not just what looks good in a presentation.
Taner specialises in helping leadership teams build the clarity and alignment that makes OKRs stick. He combines deep knowledge of goal-setting frameworks with a pragmatic approach to organisational change.
Robin brings a systems-thinking perspective to OKR implementation. He has worked across financial services, technology and the public sector — helping teams find the right rhythms and habits to make goals live beyond the spreadsheet.

Common questions about us
Are you a training company or a consulting firm?
Both — and deliberately so. We find that training without implementation support rarely sticks, and consulting without capability-building leaves teams dependent. Most of our clients engage us for a mix of the two.
How long have you been running OKR programmes?
Our practitioners have been working with OKRs since well before they became mainstream. Collectively, the team has guided hundreds of rollouts across a wide range of industries and organisation sizes.
Do you work with organisations outside the UK?
Yes. We work with teams across Europe and the US, often delivering a mix of remote workshops and in-person sessions depending on what's most effective for the team.
We've tried OKRs before and they didn't work. Can you help?
This is one of our most common starting points. OKR programmes fail for predictable reasons — and once we understand what went wrong, we can build a recovery plan that addresses the root cause rather than just restarting the same process.
How do you differ from a freelance OKR coach?
A solo coach can be excellent for one-to-one leadership development, but organisations need more: facilitation, training design, programme management and honest challenge. Our team brings all of those capabilities together — and we have the bench depth to support larger rollouts without cutting corners.
What does a typical engagement look like?
It varies significantly by context. Some clients start with an OKR Maturity Assessment and a single leadership workshop before deciding next steps. Others come to us with a clear brief for a full implementation programme. We scope every engagement around what the organisation actually needs — not a pre-packaged product.
How do you measure success?
We look at a combination of adoption (are teams actually using OKRs?), alignment (do teams understand how their goals connect upward?) and progress (are people moving the needle on what matters?). We also track qualitative signals — whether leaders feel more confident making tradeoffs, and whether OKRs are improving the quality of conversations in review cycles.
