About us: Our Story

We started The OKR Hub because we kept seeing the same thing: smart, ambitious teams with bold strategies but no shared way to execute them.

OKRs were introduced with good intent, but without the structure, skills, or rhythm needed to make them work.

After the initial excitement, progress stalled. Leaders lost visibility. Teams lost focus. And strategy slipped back into the slides.

We knew there had to be a better way.

As former Product Leads, Delivery Directors, and Transformation Consultants, we’ve been inside the chaos whether it’s a Scale-up moving too fast to focus, a Non-Profit struggling to land impact, or a Corporate drowning in parallel priorities.

We’ve helped teams fight through misalignment, unclear ownership, conflicting priorities, and reporting theatre. But what we wished we had, time and again, was a practical, sustainable way to connect strategic intent to operational reality.
