1. Who is your OKR training for?
Our OKR training is designed for leadership teams, managers and cross-functional delivery teams. We work with scale-ups, enterprises and nonprofits who want OKRs to become a working habit, not a one-off workshop.
2. How long does OKR training take?
Most organisations start with a half-day or full-day session for managers and teams. For larger roll-outs we often design a short programme over several weeks, combining OKR team training, OKR training for managers, and support on running OKR cadences.
3. Do you offer OKR training remotely as well as in-person?
Yes. We regularly deliver OKR training online, in-person, or as a hybrid. Remote sessions use digital whiteboards and collaboration tools so people can still practise writing and reviewing OKRs together.

We usually work with groups of 8–20 people per session to keep it interactive. Larger groups can be split into multiple cohorts, with consistent content and facilitation.
7. Do we need OKRs already in place before we book training?
No. We work with organisations who are new to OKRs and those who want to improve existing OKRs. We’ll shape the agenda based on where you’re starting from.
8. Can you help us run OKRs after the training?
Yes. Many clients add follow-up clinics or coaching to support their first OKR cycle. We can help you run check-ins, reviews and retros so the training turns into real habits.
9. Is your OKR training suitable for UK and international teams?
Yes. We’re UK-based but work with teams across all time zones. Sessions can be scheduled to suit different regions and adapted for local context where needed.
